Welcome to the Falcon Pointe Home Owners Association Website. We are located in the city of Gotha, Florida. Our town is a well-kept secret in Southwest Orlando. Our gated community has 95 homes and is self-managed by the homeowners. Residents of Falcon Pointe have access to a variety of amenities within a few minutes of the neighborhood such as local parks, restaurants, shopping, movie theatres, and a post office. We are just 20 minutes away from downtown and all of the major theme parks and attractions. Falcon Pointe is districted for some of the top-rated public schools in the state: Thornebrooke Elementary, Gotha Middle School, and Olympia High School.
